Packaging

Unlike some of the very large online retailers who seem to use enormous boxes for small packages we try to be very conservative, only using what we have to, to ensure your order arrives in good condition.

Quite often this also means your order will fit through your lettrebox so there is no need for you to make a wasted journey to the Post Office to collect your order

99% of the time we avoid  using expensive 'virgin' materials to pack you order.

Your Order will be packaged in many ways depending on your purchase.

We use, as much as we can, materials that have been used before, such as, cardboard boxes and materials that have either been recycled or can be recycled easily.

Much of the time we are able to use heat sealed transparent Polythene 'lay flat tube'.

Polythene is one of the easiest products to recycle and should be accepted by your Local Authority for their recycling schemes.

We also use compostable paper liners/sacks to package your Order, the same ones we sell for your caddies or bins, again these can be used or put into your recycling bins.

Delivery.

Your order will be sent via Royal Mail or via Courier by a standard service. Should you need your order faster please let us know.

Orders placed Monday to Friday prior to 3.45pm will be processed and dispatched on the same day. Order placed after 3.45pm on Friday, or at weekends and Bank Holidays will be dispatched the next 'working day'.
