Delivery Schedule
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All products are subject to availability. We will endeavour keep you fully informed of your order status. If for any reason we are unable to supply the goods, you will receive a full credit or refund. However, we will not be responsible for compensating for any loss incurred if the goods are not supplied or are supplied damaged or faulty.
We reserve the right to withdraw any product or offer from the website at our discretion, including the refusal of any transaction attributed to those products / offers.
DELIVERY
Whilst every effort will be made to adhere to stated delivery dates, such dates are estimates only and Caddies And Liners cannot be liable for any losses incurred caused by delay in delivery.
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that adequate access is made to the property in order for delivery to take place and that they or an authorised person are present to receive the delivery.
Visible damage (i.e. after removal of all packaging) must be marked accordingly on delivery/acceptance notes and reported by telephone within 24 hours and confirmed in writing within 72 hours. Please do not use the item if you wish to make a claim for damage.
This procedure must be carried out even if someone has been appointed to take delivery on your behalf. Having received the goods any subsequent loss or damage to goods will be at your own risk.
European Union Deliveries
For European Union deliveries a small delivery charge will be applied, dependant on the physical size and weight of the order.This must be agreed by the customer and caddies and liners at the point of sale, until such time as the checkout process is ammended to recognise and calculate the cost automatically.No goods will be dispatched until the extra delivery cost is paid.Paypal and credit cards are accepted as payment in GBP.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Credit Card Security
Payments made online are taken via Sagpay. Caddies And Liners will never see your bank or credit card details.
References for Sagepay transactions may appear on your bills or statements as 'Caddies And Liners' or 'caddiesandliners.co.uk'
If not paying by Sagepay we will contact you to arrange payment and delivery. We do not take credit card payments over the phone so cash on delivery or cleared cheque prior to shipment or delivery is usual.
Guarantee
All products are supplied with at least manufacturer's 12-month parts and labour guarantee, unless otherwise stated.
This will exclude faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or error in installation.
In the case of manufacturers who operate direct product support, repairs & returns procedures, the Buyer accepts an obligation to process their claim directly through the manufacturer.

Returns Policy
CANCELLATION / RETURN OF GOODS
You have the right to return the goods within 7 days of receiving them, provided they are in pristine condition, unopened, in its original packaging and in a resalable condition. The buyer will be responsible for the cost and safe return of the goods. When this is satisfied a refund will be made within 30 days.
Some items will require a restocking charge set by the manufacturer, typically 20% of the order value.
The Buyer must obtain authorisation from Caddies And Liners before they attempt to return goods.
Where the above criteria for return of goods is not fulfilled, the Buyer agrees to pay for any loss or extra costs incurred.
Whilst we will make every attempt to remedy this type of situation, we must emphasise it is in everyone's interest to ensure that the correct items are being ordered and are suited to your particular requirements.
Remittance Terms
PAYMENTS and PRICES
All prices are in UK Sterling and inclusive of United Kingdom Value Added Tax at the current rate (20% but subject to change by the UK Government).
Any quotation or published price is subject to alteration or withdrawal without prior notice as a result of fluctuation in exchange rates, increase in supplier's prices, and error in published price or other costs beyond our control. Statement of price or a quotation does not constitute an offer. We will inform you of the correct price where the right to cancellation can be exercised.
Payment by credit/debit card or cheque will require clearance prior to delivery. All card payments are subject to security checks before any goods are despatched. If the issuing bank of your card does not for any reason authorise payment from that account, the order may be delayed or cancelled.
Title to the goods will remain with Caddies And Liners until full payment is received.
English Law
If any part these terms and conditions shall be found to be unlawful it shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remainder of the conditions. This contract is and shall be deemed to have been made in England and shall in all respects be governed by English Law.
